What can i get my mum for her birthday?....... and please don't say flowers or chocs?

she will be 63 yrs old and very active, still runs her own business, has her own teeth and hair, and has anything she needs, i%26#039;ve run out of ideas not to mention time

What can i get my mum for her birthday?....... and please don%26#039;t say flowers or chocs?
You could go to a garden center and get small herb plants like basil, oregano, dill, cilantro.... whatever and get her everything she needs for a small herb garden possibly for her kitchen window sill. Then she can pick her own herbs from her own garden to use for cooking.
Reply:get her a day at a spa. you can never go wrong with pampering.
Reply:how about a nice photo framed of her family!!!
Reply:I wrote my mama a song for her b/d and she loved it. Probably the best present I could ever get her.
Reply:A photo book of the good memories you have had and leave some space for the memories still to come.
Reply:ohh man, take her out to get a massage together..an hour in heaven esp at her age lol she will love it
Reply:Jewelry box?

I found the cutest one for my mom for hers last year.. %26quot;Family Dollar Store%26quot;..
Reply:Forget it this is not working
Reply:Bring her to gym (since you mentioned that she%26#039;s very active), then a very nice dinner. After that, give her your warmest hug. Then, tell her how much you love her. Nothing is better than your love to her.
Reply:This I can relate to!!!

Make sure that my (sorry - your mum!) diary is free and that I don%26#039;t have any meetings/appointments for a particular day.

Arrange transport. Arrange flowers. Arrange a day out at the best spa you can afford. Arrange for some treatments (hot stone therapy is great for ladies over 50 - so I%26#039;ve been told!) - have a simple but lovely cake ready to be brought out at lunch time and a very nice bottle of wine.

And take along some photographs taken over the years of the family - something to have a giggle over!

This is the PERFECT birthday present for me - sorry - your Mum!!

And you sound like a PERFECT daughter! I wish you both a lovely day and tell your mum - somebody out here thinks she is a very. very lucky lady!
Reply:Maybe you can cook her fave dish for dinner on her birthday.
Reply:By her a beautiful photo frame and put a picture of the whole family in it. Also, make her something. Put loads of effort into making her a card or drawing something. Mothers always appreciate that, no matter how old you are.
Reply:Here%26#039;s something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:

Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!

The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.

Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.

Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.
Reply:Here is the best advice. Take her to the best nasi lemak at Changi point. Go there at 5.00pm, queue for 30mins have the dinner than take a stroll over to Changi beach sit at the bench watch the sunset, lie on her lap and let her hand thru your hair and when ready to go home...give her a big hug and scream into the sea she is the best mum.

If this is not the best present I refund you for your dinner and time.....let me know.
Reply:A nice crystal bracelet!
