I think you are talking about those white tubes of decorative frosting in the baking goods isle?...If that is the case, they sell attachments...On the back of the package they tell you what you can make with each frosting tip...The flowers are really easy.

are you talking about Fondant? you can only really make cut outs from that... I would use gum paste for flowers, they hold up better. You have to get Fondant really thing to do flowers, the problem is it dries really fast.
