I personally think roses are the ultimate flower!!! I%26#039;d rather get roses than any other flower. If you live near a Costco, that%26#039;s the best place to buy roses because you get 2 dozen gorgeous, huge ones for $15.
Is it better to give roses or other flowers for a birthday present?
it really depends on your intended receiver%26#039;s preference. if she has a special liking for a certain kind of flower (e.g. roses or sunflowers), then go for that.
if she dislikes a particular type of flower or a certain color, then avoid choosing that.
on the other hand, if your intended receiver doesn%26#039;t even like flowers or prefers a more expensive gift, then she might not like the gift even if she looks like she does.
so if the person matters to you, then do your homework and find out more about her preferences beforehand.
